Pray For Paris - Kruti Bhalivade

Friday the 13th this November really was a night of terror to the people of paris,the terror attacks in paris have reminded mumbaikars of the 26/11. 11 months after Chalie Hebdo, at least 8 terrorists targetted  paris. 
Theatres, restaurants, bars, stadiums and concerts were caught up in brutal shootouts, There was was no talk of the root cause, of theses attacks. cities around the world lit up their iconoc monuments in the colour of the french flag (red whit and blue)- to show their solidarity with paris.

there were seven attacks in the city in just about 40 minutes, the first explosion was near state de France starting at 9:20 pm followed by another at the same place in 10 mins and yet another one and brutal shootouts at le carillon bar and le petit cambodge restaurant and a death metal concert held in the city's most popular music venues " The Bataclan". condemning these attacks Modi said: " what happened in paris was an attack to humanity and the world should accept that it was not an attack on paris, nor on the french citizens, or on France but an attack on humanity. IS or the Islamic State claimed responsibility and declared that France remains their top target. In response to the attacks, france was put under a state of emergency for the first time since borders were temporarily closed, and 1,500 soldiers were called in to help the police maintain order in paris. The plan blanc (île de france) and plan rouge (global), two contingency plans for times of emergency ,were immediately  activated. According to some english-language sources, paris declared its first curfew in 70 years. In addition, Belgium tightened its security along its border with France and increased security checks for people entering from France Hollande said the attacks wee organised from abroad by ISIS "with internal help", and described them as "an act of war". The attacks were the deadliest in france since the Second World War, and the deadliest in the European Union since the Madrid train bombings in 2004.
